The crest on the back is a plum flowerOverall, a pattern of Shiba kusa(Japanese lawn grass) is depicted. The leaf pattern is probably a kudzu leaf. There are two types of Japanese kimonos traditionally worn in the summer: "ro" and "sha." Both are made of silk. (Some recent ones have synthetic fibers. ) Kimono fabrics of "ro" and "sha" are sheer and beautiful. This fabric
