The exterior is a fine black wool that is cut with a series of triangular panels that run from neck to hem, widening as the near the hem. Within each of the panels the fabric has been elaborately cut in a swirling, glorious design and then the edges are finished. The thing that is quite amazing is that this is all one panel of fabric!!
