It has photoed a tad yellowish but it a true cream silk - far creamier then the photos show

I think the front was opened a bit but I love it that plunged so left it - it would be easy to tack together if you wanted a more modest look

The simplicity of the cut is balanced by that gorgeous bright tangerine

The print is pure Celia Birtwell and both the Ossie Clark label states that it is her design and there is a second label with just that info as well

There are four or five different embroidery techniques employed in this piece as well as crochet work and different grades of netting.
