The skirt is dropped and starts low on the hip and is very full. It has a built in tulle underskirt that creates that dramatic shape! Having it sit so low give the illusion of an even smaller bodice and waist and hip as the ye is tricked to look down. The waist is nipped in but defined by vertical seaming. The buttons are each hand
