1970s Ruben Panis Metallic Silk Chiffon Gown designer-kenzo There are no closures -Bias cut, silk chiffon layers give this beautiful gown a light as a feather feel while keeping it looking expensive and chic. The inner two layers are black silk chiffon with a spectacular top layer that has a swooping design of a silver blue, a gold and a copper in a metallic fine thread applique fused onto the silk. The hem flares out at bottom, actually by quite a bit, but because it is cut on the bias it feels more like a column when the wearer is
