1970s Red Top Stich Jean Muir Jersey Sold A wonderful little 1940s dressJean Muir is renowned for her cut and use of fluid flowing jerseys. This dress is a classic example of that aesthetic. It a fabulous pink based red (I honestly can't decide if it is a red or a pink) weightless jersey that moves like nothing else. The top is cut in a simple fashion until you hit the waist at which point there is a sewn in waist band that is seamed and top stitched to create both visual interest and to display her trademark detailing.
