The 2020 vintage saw early bud burst and summer heatwaves that reduced yields, but our elevated vineyards (250 500 masl) produced full flavored wines with good structure and balanced acidity. Handpicked grapes are destemmed and fermented by wild yeasts at 20 25C for 10 days on skins, using foot treading in granite
