Cecilia Adams 3' 2" Paddle Eagle JOURNAL They call it the KitlopeCecilia Adams is a renowned First Nations artist, born in 1981 in Gitsegukla, BC, to the House of Laxaax of the Frog clan. She began her apprenticeship with her father, Nisgaa Master Carver Randy Adams Dangeli, at the age of nine. As her career blossomed, her work and interpretations of traditional Haida, Coast Salish, and Nisgaa art forms have been exhibited in galleries and museums across North America.
