The result is a stronger 13% cider with a deep amber colour, created using the Barnes familys traditional recipe using a blend of Kent grown, orchard ripe culinary & dessert apples. Intended to be drunk as a sipper in the same way as a Port or Sherry, Biddenden Special Reserve may also be used to make a longer Pimms style
