Malolactic fermentation in foudre, then aged for 12 18 months in foudre and 12 months in bottle. Notes of white flowers, crisp green orchard, fresh bread and bee pollen preface the 2018 Rully 1er Cru Les Margots, a medium to full bodied, satiny and lively wine that's elegant and incisive, concluding with a saline finish.
