Magpie lens flare Rendering Plant at BlayneyA magpie surveys the overgrown grounds of Newington Armament Depot and Nature Reserve from a stretch of weathered concrete, unhurried and unbothered. The depot ran for 102 years as the Royal Australian Navy's primary armament storage and distribution facility on the Parramatta River, handling everything from gunpowder to torpedoes.
