Aged in oak for 9 months our Shiraz is able to develop a richness and bold flavor unique to a cool climate region. The 26 year old vines grow in gravelly soils over mudstone. Our vineyard has a south east aspect with rows running north south in the Bobinawarrah Hills. The canopy is managed on the western side to protect the fruit from direct
