Great Whiting Louis XV Sterling Silver Butter Pick w/ Twisted End 6 Inches stamped images The weight is 553Presented is a great sterling silver butter pick with a twisted end from Whiting Manufacturing Co. This piece is in classic Louis XV pattern, which was patented in 1891 and displays an elegant scroll boarder on both sides of the handle. The front of the pick is monogrammed with an M in a flowing script. The reverse of the piece is marked sterling along with the maker's mark for Whiting and the patent date of 1891.
