Storeroom Size:XS Disused machinery and intricate pipeworkMetal shelving units stretch back through the upper storage floor at Awaba Colliery, their bays cleared of the parts and consumables that once stocked them. A single wooden clad unit breaks the run of bare steel along the right hand wall. Light falls through skylights in the corrugated roof, picking out water stains on the concrete wall and the dark patterns worn into the timber floorboards below. Part of the Awaba Colliery series.
