This brandy is aged in old French oak barrels from the Limousin region for a minimum of 5 years. This gives it an intense colour, aroma and smooth taste. The toast, balsamic and dry fruits come through the aromas. On the palate it has presence with sweetness on the finish and some delicious vanilla notes. Serve after a meal at room temperature as a digestive. Also nice as a long drink
