Malthouse Three Type:Framed rated to 12A concrete stairwell spirals down through Malthouse Three, dust motes caught in light filtering through grimy upper windows, peeling paint on every wall. Built in 1916 across Nattai Creek from the original malthouses, this was the last of the three production buildings Tooth and Co operated on the site. The Maltings ran floor malting here until production ceased in 1980. Part of the Mittagong Maltings series.
