Antique Sterling Silver Durgin Louis XV 1891 Serving Fork 8" American The design is sweetPresented is a fine quality sterling silver serving fork by Durgin. This piece is made in the popular and attractive Louis XV pattern, which began production in 1891. This pattern features a lovely scroll and shell motif covering both the front and back of the handle, very intricate and detailed. This fork has four large flat tines, one in a notched, curved shape. The terminal of the handle has a monogram of what looks like 'MTLC' in elegant script.
