and a low timber platform sits abandoned near the skirting

The plant closed permanently in August 1988

The hall sat within the frontier town precinct of the gaikoku mura park operated by taka Enterprises Co., Ltd. in Nikko, Tochigi. The park closed on 7 December 2006 and never reopened.
