The huts were built in 1927 from timber hand-split on the property

and staff for nearly a century

producing around 100 bread varieties from a 65-foot oven before the building was abandoned and ultimately demolished

A woven basket, a tin box and a low timber stool sit on the covered porch, left where they were.
