With notes of crme anglais, edamame, and sage it's the crme of the spring crop. About the stone milled process: The stone mill is the most traditional and authentic way to produce matcha. This matcha is made from the tender first flush leaves of spring and made in a stone mill, an intentionally slow process that protects the nutrients and brilliant green color of
