The alcohol is 14. 5% and the pH is 3. 75. It is being aged in new French oak 500 liter barrels for around 18 months. Medium to deep garnet purple colored, it is a little closed to begin, slowly unfurling to reveal notes of fruitcake, blackberry pie and blueberry preserves with hints of molten chocolate, licorice, powdered cinnamon and camphor.
