Featuring a white gold frame with intricate wire designs and accent flowers surrounding a faceted blue gemstone set in a square diamond setting. We believe the gemstone is sapphire but we are not gemstone experts. The back of the setting has a long horizontal brooch pin and a hinged clasp stamped 14K. In great condition for its age with minor wear and discoloration.
