M35 #7 The liner may be leatherM35 #7 Shell: The shell is an original WWII Model 1935 type. It is stamped as an ET62 inside the flare near the left ear. This mark denotes the manufacturer as Eisenhuttenwerke, Thale and the shell size as 62cms. I think that the helmet, when acquired, was in its third configuration. The first would have been its wartime production type, then it would have been mounted with a comb of some type due to the three repaired holes (front, top and rear). The
