The ring centers an Oval Cut Cabochon Natural Turquoise stone. A halo of 14 old cut diamonds surrounds the center stone. One additional small old cut diamond is set on each shoulder of the ring. The diamonds combine for an approximate total of 0. 30 carats of H I color, VS SI clarity. The stones are set in a two tone 18kt
