The Bison roam 365 days a year, they are antibiotic free, hormone free and have a grass fed diet. The Bison Bone Broth has a sweeter taste than its Heartier Counterpart from the Cows. We cook our Bison Bones for 72 hours in filtered water. Prior to the simmering process we roast our bones and soak them in Organic Apple Cider Vinegar for 1 hr. .
