Our free range pork belly is succulent and rich in flavour and can be served in many ways. It is a versatile piece of meat and can be cooked in a very hot oven slow roasted at 160c until is perfectly tender. Cooking Instructions Cook at 160c for 2 hours and then turn up the heat to 200c for the last 30 minutes to crisp up the crackling. Yum.
