The fordite occurred in Chillecothe as a result of painting parts for big rig freight-liners

I added a pebble like design to the front of the piece which in this case accentuates the overall eye look of the piece

These agates are rare and many of them when cut do not have agates or geodes within them. This one has a nice a nice section of deep red banded agate surrounded by gray. These thunder egg agates formed within nodules of rhyolite. Baker thunder eggs exhibit rare colors for a thunder egg which is typically blue or gray from other locations. This agate specimen measures about 1. 73 x
