Distilled in 2013 using barley from the 2012 harvest, this is a stripped back dram matured in ex American oak casks and aged for only 5 years. With the combination of smoke with a short maturation this demonstrates the true potential of a considered and patient distillation. Aromas of caramel come in after the initial vanilla notes but quickly leads to
