Later shipped to the facilities of the Williams & Humbert winery in Jerez (Andalucia Spain) where it undergoes the final stage of ageing, which lasts for three years, in casks which have previously been used to age the international award winning sherry Dos Cortados with a guaranteed age of 20 years as: certified by the Denomination of Origin Jerez Xrs Sherry.
