Ingredients: Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis), Holy Basil (Ocimum tenuifolium var. Rama), Skullcap (Scutellaria laterifolia), Rose (Rosa centifolia) Precautions: Holy basil should be avoided if you take blood thinners. Check with your practitioner before using if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Serving size: Pour 8 oz. of boiling water over 1 tsp. of tea. Steep 5 minutes.
